What we make
Everything we make starts flat.
These are the lines we run most, photographed as they left us. Not stock pictures, and not the whole list. If it can be printed, cut, folded, foiled or stitched, ask us for it.

The print
Then your mark goes on what goes inside.
The head runs the bed, back and forth, and lays your logo onto the pieces that fill the box. Scroll, and watch it pass.
Foil stamping
Gold pressed in, not printed on.
A brass die, heat, and enough pressure to push the foil under the surface of the leather. Print sits on top and scuffs off in a handbag. This does not.
Die up. Leather clean.
Finishing
The last five percent is the whole job.
Anyone can put ink on board. The finish is what your customer's hand actually feels, and it is the part most printers send to somebody else. We do not.

Foil stamping
Gold, silver, rose and holographic, pressed in with heat so it sits below the surface.

Emboss and deboss
Blind or foiled. A brand mark you can find with your eyes closed.

Die cutting
Windows, handles, tabs and shaped edges, cut to your own die line.

Rigid box building
Board core, wrapped and stitched, with magnet, ribbon or clasp closures.

Velvet and foam
Laser cut inserts shaped to the product so nothing shifts in transit.

Leather stitching
Machine stitched leatherette covers with a visible edge seam, in any colour you pick.
Any colour you bring us.
Leatherette and velvet come on the roll, so the colour of your box is a choice and not a limit. This is a sample of what we run, nowhere near all of it. Send a Pantone, or send us a swatch, and we will match it.

We open your files before we quote. Wrong bleed, wrong size and low resolution get caught here, not on press.

A real sample
On your actual board, with your actual finish, so you approve a thing you can hold rather than a PDF swatch.

Production
Your signed sample sits on the machine and the run is checked against it, not against a screen.

Finished and delivered
Cut, foiled, stitched, assembled and packed here, then delivered across the UAE.
